WHO ARE "THE NEWBIES" AT THE EISENHUT?

From the very beginning, our goal has been to transform special places into unique havens of well-being, in harmony with people, nature and culture. This vision gave rise to our boutique hotel in the heart of Bolzano’s old town: a place where history meets modern design. With great dedication, we – the Sanoner and Prast families – lovingly revived the traditional Hotel Eisenhut in 2023.

The heart and soul of our house is our host, Sophie. With genuine warmth and personal attention, she makes your stay truly special. Our philosophy: check in as a guest, check out as a friend – a sense of family and togetherness is especially important to us.
